Policy on the protection of personal data concerning customers and prospects of the Pichet Group companies.

As part of their activities, the companies that make up the Pichet Group (hereinafter “Group”) are required to collect and process personal data concerning you.
These companies are concerned about the protection of your data and are committed to bringing their practices into line with European regulation 2016/679 relating to data protection ("RGPD").

3) The destination of your data

The Group is the sole recipient of the personal data collected. The data collected is processed only by the data controller. For the exercise of the purposes, they may be sent to the relevant Group departments and to employees with a professional interest in accessing them as part of their duties.
For purely technical reasons, the Group may be required to subcontract certain services at its expense. 5) The retention period of your data

The personal data that we collect are kept for the time necessary for the full exercise of the purposes mentioned above. .
With regard to people with whom we have a contractual relationship, the data is kept for the duration of the contract plus legal and limitation periods.
With regard to prospects, the data is kept for three years from the last contact on your part (in particular, phone call, appointment, submission of form, e-mail, etc.). The Group will erase all of your data and keep only the data necessary to justify the exercise of your rights under the GDPR.
