Policy on the protection of personal data concerning customers and prospects of the Pichet Group companies.

As part of their activities, the companies that make up the Pichet Group (hereinafter “Group”) are required to collect and process personal data concerning you.
These companies are concerned about the protection of your data and are committed to bringing their practices into line with European regulation 2016/679 relating to data protection ("RGPD").
The purpose of the information below is to bring to your attention the types of personal data that we collect and the processing operations that we carry out as well as your “Computing and Freedoms” rights.

1) Data controller

Within the meaning of Article 4 of the GDPR, the controller is the legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing. SAS PROMOTION PICHET is responsible for the processing carried out by all the companies belonging to the Group on the personal data of customers and prospects.

3) The destination of your data

The Group is the sole recipient of the personal data collected. The data collected is processed only by the data controller. For the exercise of the purposes, they may be sent to the relevant Group departments and to employees with a professional interest in accessing them as part of their duties.
For purely technical reasons, the Group may be required to subcontract certain services at its expense. In all cases of subcontracting of processing, the Group has implemented a contractual policy with each of its subcontractors, requiring them to comply with all the legal and technical provisions for the protection of your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Prohibiting them from reproducing your data for their benefit or for the benefit of anyone. 5) The retention period of your data

The personal data that we collect are kept for the time necessary for the full exercise of the purposes mentioned above. .
With regard to people with whom we have a contractual relationship, the data is kept for the duration of the contract plus legal and limitation periods.
With regard to prospects, the data is kept for three years from the last contact on your part (in particular, phone call, appointment, submission of form, e-mail, etc.). The Group will erase all of your data and keep only the data necessary to justify the exercise of your rights under the GDPR.

6) Exercise of your rights

In accordance with legal provisions, you have the following rights:
    Permission to access. You can ask the Group what data is collected about you and what processing is carried out;

  •     Right of objection. You can, at any time, object to the processing carried out on your data unless the data controller demonstrates the existence of a legitimate or compelling reason. When data is processed for commercial prospecting purposes, the right to object to this processing is absolute. You will be reminded of this possibility during communications relating to our commercial prospecting process.

The data controller processes requests as quickly as possible and in accordance with legal requirements. If there are reasonable doubts about the identity of the person making the request, he may request information to verify his identity.
