SPORT OFFER

To benefit from our ALL SUITES SPORT rates, the customer must present a sports license and an invitation to a competition, training course or event upon arrival. The offer can be booked on our website using the code ASAHSPORT. In the absence of proof on arrival, the customer agrees to pay the daily rate.
The offer is also applicable to accompanying persons - managers, referees, medical staff - as part of a group reservation. When booking directly with the establishment, the 11th room is free. For groups, the allocation of rooms on the same floor will be preferred.

OFFICE OR RELAXATION - DAY USE
Daily rate available up to 90 days booked, excluding options not mentioned as included, tourist tax and services.
The provision of accommodation is only valid during the day, including for a reservation of several days. The availability times are those indicated in the name of the rate and vary by establishment.
Exceeding the hours results in the billing of one night in addition to the daily rate.
No provision of the apartment is scheduled on the day indicated as the date of departure. Cancellation free of charge until 11.59 p.m. the day before arrival. In the event of a no-show, late cancellation or modification, the amount for the first day with any options mentioned as included in the price is retained.
An early departure must be reported before 6 p.m. the day before the next reserved day so as not to result in its invoicing.
No advance payment as collateral. However, a credit card number will be required for pre-authorization of an amount corresponding to the first day of stay.
The card used for the reservation must be presented on arrival. Full payment for the stay will be requested upon arrival.
FIDME LOYALTY PROGRAM
This program is intended for all individuals over the age of 18 who are “clients” of the All Suites Appart Hôtel Residences.
Access to the benefits of the loyalty program is achieved by downloading the FIDME mobile application. In this program, 1 stamp is granted per night stayed and payable outside stays of more than 29 nights.
The accumulation of 10 stamps opens the right to a free night valid for 1 year, to be used in an All Suites Appart Hôtel * residence. In addition, a small bottle of water will be offered on arrival.
Only reservations made directly with the residences will be eligible for stamps. The booking channels eligible for stamps are as follows: https://www.allsuites-apparthotel.com/, by phone on 0800 33 9000 or directly from one of the All Suites Appart Hôtel * establishments.
The rates eligible for stamps are as follows: all public rates (standard or promotional) as well as company rates without an agreement.
The reservation for the free night is subject to availability at the All Suites Appart Hôtel *. For stays of more than one night, the free (s) apply (s) on the night (s) the least expensive (s). The program provides for an exclusion period of 10 days maximum per year per establishment during which it is not possible to use the free nights. This period is fixed at 30 days maximum per year for All Suites Appart Hotel La Teste and All Suites Hôtel Le Teich. The free night does not entitle you to an additional tampon.

BUSINESS OFFER

Bookable via a promo code to be collected from the establishment's reception and subject to presentation of a company business card with the customer's name or other nominative proof upon arrival.

Reservations are without prepayment, a credit card guarantee is requested when booking and payment will be made upon departure of the customer.
Reservations can be modified and canceled free of charge until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. In the event of cancellation, late changes or no-show, the amount of the first night will be retained, including any options mentioned as included in the price.

EXTENDED STAYS 30-90 NIGHTS
