A “2-room apartment for 2 persons” is €53/night and a “2-room apartment for 4 persons” is €65/night, excluding taxe de séjour (tourist tax). Subject to availability. February Holiday 2011 Package: Offer valid at the All Suites Appart Hotel Mérignac, for all suites, for nightly packages and weekly packages. Reduction of 20% (excluding taxe de séjour / tourist tax) on a stay of 3 nights or more between 11/02/2011 and 06/03/2011 inclusive, for reservations between 20/12/2010 and 06/02/2011. Weekend Package 2011:Offer valid at the All Suites Appart Hotel Bordeaux Lac, for all suites between 01/01/2011 and 31/12/2011, for any reservation on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. A single studio is 55€/night instead of 60€, a studio for 2 people is 65€/ night instead of 80€, A “1 bedroom apartment” is 75€/ night instead of 100€ and a “2 bedrooms apartment” is 120€/ night instead of 140€, excluding taxe de séjour (tourist tax). Subject to availability. Offer cannot be combined with other currently available offers.

Mode cancellation of the promotional offers

Earlybooking

In view of the exceptional discount price, the reservation Early Booking  is not annullable and not modifiable. 
De facto in case of not presentation of the customer or in case of cancellation, the reservation will be the object of no repayment of the paid sums.

Last Minute

In view of the exceptional discount price, the reservation Last Minute  is not annullable and not modifiable. 
De facto in case of not presentation of the customer or in case of cancellation, the reservation will be the object of no repayment of the paid sums.

Christmas holidays

In view of the exceptional discount price, this reservation is not annullable and not modifiable. 
De facto in case of not presentation of the customer or in case of cancellation, the reservation will be the object of no repayment of the paid sums.

Weekend

A maximal cancellation deadline is planned in a conventional way:
For the 1 night stays, the applied deadline on behalf of the customer is up to 12 pm on the day of arrival.  For the stays between 2 and 5 days, a delay of at least 24 hours before the beginning of the stay (12pm), and of at least 48 hours before the beginning of the stay for those of 6 nights and more.
In the respect of these deadlines, the customer will not be constrained by any ALL SUITES APPART HOTEL establishments, to a penalty fee: 

• The reservations of 1 night will not be invoiced.
• For the reservations where a deposit was debited, it will entirely be repaid to the customer (by check or bank transfer), within 30 working days at the latest, according to the recording date of its cancellation by the residence.

All the cancellations of reservations made for the lesser deadlines the residence, as compensation:

• Will keep the deposit, in the hypotheses where it is required, without possibility of refund.
• Will apply a penalty to the customer:
   
  • For the reservations from 1 to 5 nights, this one will be of an amount equivalent to the cost of the first night reserved overnight stay.
  • For the reservations of 90 nights and more, this one will be of an amount equivalent to the 1st month of rent, following criteria defined at first.

These consequences of cancellation because of the customer will be applicable in the same conditions and the terms towards him/her, if the cancellation intervenes because of the establishment ALL SUITES APPART HOTEL.
Not arriving on the agreed date, in case of absence or of cancellation, will be considered for being a "no show", which will also involve the preservation by the residence of the deposit  paid at reservation by the customer, or the taking of a penalty, according to the conditions of cancellation described previously.
The effective date of cancellation will be the date of reception of this information by the reception of the residence; directly on the spot or by phone.
